The Photography of Jaime Leigh Collier
Jaime Collier is a photojournalist based in Houston, Texas. She finds most of her subjects in commercial and artistic journalism, while maintaining a passion for weddings and portraits. Her love of history and culture in the Family can be seen through her Latin American Documentary work, as well as in her fashion stills that are often described as American Couture. Jaime also takes every opportunity to bring photography into the community. Her love of teaching was instantaneous when she taught at the University of Texas, while earning a Master's in Photojournalism. Whether through sponsoring art openings for up-and-coming artists, classes in her studio or teaching middle through high school students; she hopes to spread her love for the art and the business.
